This green Lotus Elise came to Pit Garage in South El Monte for track preparation. We installed Nitron suspension, fitted fresh Bridgestone Potenza RE71RZ tires and completed our PG Spec alignment.

Nitron Suspension Installation
We fitted Nitron spring and damper assemblies to the Elise. With the new suspension in place, the car moved on to tire fitting and alignment to complete the chassis work.
Bridgestone Potenza RE71RZ Tires
A fresh set of Bridgestone Potenza RE71RZ tires completed the wheel-and-tire side of the job. We mounted the tires on the Elise’s wheels before the final alignment.
Lotus Elise PG Spec Alignment
We finished with PG Spec alignment on the new suspension and tire setup. Alignment sets wheel angles such as camber and toe; those settings affect how the tires meet the road and how they wear. Road mileage and track use are both relevant when planning the setup.

Is wheel alignment the same as wheel balancing?
No. Balancing addresses imbalance in the wheel-and-tire assembly. Alignment concerns wheel angles, including camber and toe. This Elise received PG Spec alignment after the suspension installation and tire fitting.
What should I send for a Lotus Elise suspension or alignment quote?
Send your model year, current suspension, front and rear wheel and tire sizes, and intended street and track use. If available, include a previous alignment sheet and photos of the current setup.
Why check alignment after changing the Elise’s suspension?
