Planning Your Seat Installation

The AP2 left and right bases have different year ranges in Sparco’s selector. Check the required side and exact application instead of assuming that the AP2 label alone settles the fit.

The 600 Series platform permits custom direct mounting with drilling where appropriate. On manufacturer applications marked side-mount-only, do not add the track set. Base appearance can vary by application. A base alone does not establish compatibility for the whole seat system.

Product FAQs

Are the left and right Honda S2000 AP2 bases interchangeable?
No. Each side has its own manufacturer part number and application wording, shown below. Order the correct side, and check the seat, bracket and belt-buckle arrangement as a complete installation.
Is this a pair or a complete seat installation kit?
The selected SKU is one base for the specified application and side. The seat, brackets, slider where permitted and installation hardware are separate components.
Do both AP2 bases use the same application-year range?
The left base is listed for 2004–2009 AP2 (600SB107L), while the right is listed for 2007–2009 AP2 (600SB107R). Select against the manufacturer’s side-specific application rather than extending either range.
