The CSF 8200S is a 6.5mm thermal rejection spacer for compatible CSF B58 intake manifolds. It creates a thermal barrier between the cylinder head and manifold to limit heat conduction into the intake assembly.
This is a manifold accessory, not an intercooler or a replacement intake manifold. Its self-sealing construction does not require additional gasket material or sealant, and installation hardware is supplied.

Fitment and configuration: For the Race X manifold on a 48V mild-hybrid application, CSF calls for an additional spacer alongside significant clearance work. A spacer alone does not make that conversion a direct fit.
